Abstract
Microneedling has emerged as a minimally invasive dermatological procedure widely used to stimulate collagen synthesis and improve skin texture, elasticity, and hydration. While conventional microneedling focuses on mechanical stimulation of dermal remodeling, integrative approaches incorporating naturopathic principles may enhance skin recovery and promote long-term dermal health.
This paper presents an integrative model combining advanced microneedling techniques with naturopathic skin-supportive strategies emphasizing the body’s natural healing response, holistic skin barrier restoration, and preventative care. A clinical observation framework demonstrates improvements in skin hydration, elasticity, and texture following an eight-week integrative microneedling protocol.
The findings suggest that combining microneedling with naturopathic skincare principles may support improved aesthetic outcomes and patient-centered skin wellness.
